They say that everything is negotiable. As a commercial printing broker, I would agree, but I would also add that sometimes negotiating involves compromise. What exactly are the limits of commercial printing? What constitutes printing and what does not? About a year ago, I wrote a PIE Blog posting about a clock based on the coordinated release of jets of water from a hose.
