- How
many Quote Requests are you getting per day?
We are receiving between 50 to 90 quote
requests PER DAY through the PIE system. TOP
- Can
I choose the States I want to receive bid requests from?
* With the ASSOCIATE level ($54 a month), you
have access to the bid requests online and you can sort by STATE,
CITY, and COUNTRY.
* With the EXECUTIVE level ($62 a month), you
receive the full bid request in your email and also have access
to the bid requests online. In the future we will have a function
for the EXECUTIVE level to signup for certain STATES or by REGION,
but in the interim we have discovered a way you can sort your
Bid Requests by STATE through your email program (by creating
Message Rules). If you'd like more information regarding this

- How
is membership payment accepted?
If an Annual membership is desired, we will accept a check or
credit card. If a Monthly membership is desired, we accept credit
cards only (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). TOP
- What
types of print buyers use your service?
All types ... buyers from corporations, associations, nonprofits,
small businesses, clubs, community groups, individuals, and
whoever else needs an item printed. TOP
- Can
I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, but we request a two week notice prior to your cancellation
date and would request this in writing (either by email, fax
or mail). TOP
- How
do I retrieve "bid requests" off the PIE system?
The PIE system offers two service packages (the Associate and
the Executive). TOP
- With
the Associate membership you are notified by email of
any new bids submitted in the categories you sign up for.
From the email message you can go directly to the website
search area for that particular category. Cost: $54 per
month with credit card.

- With
the Executive membership, you are emailed the entire
bid from the categories you choose. Cost: $62 per month
with credit card.

- Both
include access to the "Member/Holding Tank" area with
the use of a username and password, at any time . . . 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Do
I have to receive bids through my email?
No, you do not. You would need to signup for the Associate Membership.
When you fill out the Membership Application do not sign up
for any of the printing categories. You will be given passwords
to access the "Holding Tank" and can go in at anytime to check
out new bids. TOP
- Do
you have a FREE trial membership?
No, we do not. You can join on a monthly basis and cancel before
the 1st of any month (giving us 15 days notice in writing).
